Horse Rug Size Guide

If you have a new horse or are just unsure which size rug your horse needs it is useful to take certain measurements of your horse.

Using a soft measuring tape, measure from (A) at the centre point of the chest, across the point of the shoulder and to the point (B) at the centre of the tail. When you have the measurement, remove 10cm (4inches) and choose your horse's size from the table below. Bear in mind that every horse is different and that you may need to consider a larger sized rug if you horse is particularly strongly built.

Crafted from 100% lambswool British-milled Lovat tweed with a GORE-TEX Z liner, this coat is 100% waterproof, windproof and breathable, with a 28K mm water column and < 9m³ PA/W breathability. The microfleece-lined hand warming pockets add a touch more comfort, and the 100% pure lambswool used in the tweed is soft, smart and technically enhanced.

All in all, this is a stylish and useful coat that's perfect for the shooting season or as a general lifestyle piece for autumn and winter. With classic fit, two-way YKK front zip, and retainer straps for cartridge access, this coat has all the features you need. Plus, its Teflon finish makes it moisture and stain resistant.
