How to to redeem points for use online
To acivate a voucher code to use online, simply click the voucher you wish to use above, and follow the instructions on screen. This will then provide you with a voucher code you can use at checkout to apply your discount. Your available vouchers will be stored in your account, so you can view and access them at any time.
Please note: The voucher codes generated can currently only be used online and for click and collect orders placed on the website.
How to to redeem points in our stores
To use your points for money off your in store purchase, simply show your loyalty card in store (you can find your digital loyalty card here, which you can download to your mobile device, or save in your Google or Apple wallet) and let us know you would like to redeem your points. You wll need a minimum of 100 points to redeem for a discount off your order. You can view your available points in your account, so you can keep track of your point balance at any time. If you are signed up to our emails, you will also get notifications when you have enough points to redeem for a reward.

Points will be automatically added to your account every time you shop in store with your loyalty card, or on online when you are logged into your account. You will earn one point for every pound spent.
Simply log in to your account online to view your current available points balance. If you have your Digital Loyalty Card saved to your Apple Wallet, you can also view your current points balance on your Digital Loyalty Card.
If you are shopping in store, our store staff will be able to tell you your current points balance, and if you have any available rewards, when making a purchase at the till.
We may also periodically send you emails to update you about your points balance and available rewards.
Please note, if you return an item, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your points balance.

To redeem your points online, simply log in to your Loyalty Account and select the rewards you wish to redeem. This will give you a unique code which you can use at checkout.
To redeem your points in one of our stores, just ask our staff member to apply your available reward to your purchase.
The minimum number of points required to redeem a reward is 100. You can choose to redeem your rewards as soon as they become available, or save them up for later. Please be aware points expire after one year. If you return an item purchased with rewards points, we are unable to refund your points or refund the monetary amount.
Yes, you will still receive an annual cashback voucher, subject to a minimum total spend across the year. This will be sent either by post or email in November each year, and is based on 1% of your spend in store and online over the previous 12 months.
If you already have a Loyalty Card with us,your Loyalty Account has already been automatically upgraded. So whenever you shop in store with your existing Loyalty Card, you will earn points on every purchase.
However, to enable you to access all of your Bonus Rewards, earn and redeem loyalty points online, view your points balance and transactions, plus use your Digital Loyalty Card, you will need to activate your account online at millbryhill.co.uk/loyalty - itβs quick and easy, plus you will earn an Extra 50 Bonus Reward Points if you activate your account before 31st December 2023.Β

Yes, you can still use your existing Loyalty Card in store as usual. However for a quicker checkout experience, download and scan your Digital Loyalty Card instead. You can also save your Digital Loyalty Card to your Apple Wallet (coming soon to Google Wallet), so you never forget your Loyalty card again!
To get your Digital Loyalty Card, simply log in to your Loyalty Account online, where you will be able to view your Digital Loyalty Card. You can download this to your phone so you can use it offline, or save to your Apple Wallet (coming soon to Google Wallet).
