Horse Rug Size Guide

If you have a new horse or are just unsure which size rug your horse needs it is useful to take certain measurements of your horse.

Using a soft measuring tape, measure from (A) at the centre point of the chest, across the point of the shoulder and to the point (B) at the centre of the tail. When you have the measurement, remove 10cm (4inches) and choose your horse's size from the table below. Bear in mind that every horse is different and that you may need to consider a larger sized rug if you horse is particularly strongly built.

The Elim-A-Net Slow Feeder Haynet regulates forage consumption, prolonging feeding time so helping to maintain a healthy digestive system.

The ‘Inner Net Design’ of the Elim-A-Net alters the shape and size of the holes compared to a standard haynet to prevent rapid forage consumption and over eating. Similar in concept to double netting hay, the Elim-A-Net design is much easier to fill and give as more regular hole size to encourage a slower, more natural eating pattern and reducing waste and mess.

The Elim-a-Net is suitable for use with hay and haylage.
