The Highlander Original 100 Combo Turnout Rug has a 100 gram fill, with a waterproof, 600D outer and deep shoulder gussets to allow freedom of movement.. This rug fastens securely ith with twin buckle breast straps, adjustable cross surcingles, adjustable fillet straps. Double sided touch close straps keep the integrated contour neck cover secure.
