Horse Rug Size Guide

If you have a new horse or are just unsure which size rug your horse needs it is useful to take certain measurements of your horse.

Using a soft measuring tape, measure from (A) at the centre point of the chest, across the point of the shoulder and to the point (B) at the centre of the tail. When you have the measurement, remove 10cm (4inches) and choose your horse's size from the table below. Bear in mind that every horse is different and that you may need to consider a larger sized rug if you horse is particularly strongly built.

The Velociti RAPIDA curved cavesson bridle offers your horse a greater sense of freedom.

The curved shape relieves compression at the cheekbones, jaw and sensitive nerve endings. The padded noseband gives a greater spread of pressure creating a less restricted feeling for the horse. The FreedomFit headpiece is designed to relieve pressure due to the wide, cushioned crown with poll gap and cutaway ears. Soft leather combined with generous, anti-shock padding on the headpiece, browband and noseband along with an angled throatlash give the bridle an elegant finish with high shine stainless steel harness buckles and Velociti RAPIDA reins for flexible and assured grip.
