With our subscription option, you can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience and have your chosen product(s) automatically billed and sent to you at the frequency you prefer. Say goodbye to last-minute trips to the store and hello to peace of mind!

Choose How Often

Find your favourite products and choose how often you would like them delivered. Weekly? Monthly? Every 6 weeks? It's Up to you!

Add the items to your basket and place your order as normal. We'll do the rest!

You're In Control

You can easily pause, skip or cancel your subscription online at any time.

If you need to, you can also change the products on your subscription, update your delivery address, payment method and more!

We'll Keep in Touch

We'll email you at least 3 days before your next subscription order is due to give you chance to pause, edit, cancel or reschedule your delivery.

If you're happy with your order you don't need to do anything - we'll sort the rest!

Getting started with Millbry Hill Subscriptions is simple. Just select the subscription option when adding your desired products to the basket, choose your preferred frequency, and proceed to checkout. We'll take care of the rest, ensuring that your pet's essentials are delivered right to your doorstep.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval, and the products will be automatically delivered by the shop after each successful renewal. For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your chosen payment method each month and you will get the products to your door, without the need to place the order yourself!

Subscriptions FAQs

You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in your subscription portal. The only time when the subscription can't be cancelled is if you signed up to a promotional subscription which requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it.

Your subscription portal can be accessed through the link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order. You can also access your subscriptions in your account.

You can skip or reschedule an individual repeat order in your subscription portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a 'Skip payment' button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge.

You can reschedule the delivery by clicking on the 'Reschedule' button next to the delivery date, and then choosing the date you wish your order to be placed on.

Of course. You can change the products to your subscription in the subscription portal. Just click on the 'Edit' button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription order.

Yes you can. If you wish to add a product for one-time purchase to your next subscription delivery, simply log into your subscription portal and click 'Edit' in products section, and click 'Add Product'.

Search for the product you wish to add to your order and select 'one-time purchase'. This item will then be added to your next delivery, but not any subsequent renewal orders.

The prices charged for products on your subscription will be the same as those charged on our website (less any subscription discount you may have qualified for) at the time of the repeat order, therefore regular deliveries will also benefit from any promotional activity in place at the time.

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.

Once your payment has been received your order will be processed as usual. If we are still unable to process a payment your subscription will be cancelled.

If you're moving house and need us to send your order to a new address., you can easily do this in the subscriptions portal. Simply log in and click the 'Edit' button next to your address to update.

Please note - addresses must be updated prior to the subscription payment being taken, otherwise your order will be sent to the address on confirmation emails.
