Millbry Hill x Team Hayler

We have some exciting news! Millbry Hill would like to welcome to our team - International Dressage Rider Bobby Hayler-Wright and Team Hayler!

Paul Hayler and Bobby Hayler-Wright are highly prominent British International Grand Prix Dressage riders, coaches and sports figures. Together with Paul's wife, Gill Hayler, they operate Team Hayler Dressage, a training, livery and horse-breeding facility. The operation is based in Yarm, Stockton-on-Tees.

Bobby Hayler-Wright

Bobby Hayler-Wright is an international dressage rider, trainer and dressage sport commentator.

Bobby was a highly successful youth athlete, representing Great Britain at the European Pony Championships (2008), Junior Championships (2010), Young Riders Championships (2012) and Under 25 Championships (2016).

She is an established International Grand Prix rider and media commentator who continues to compete at international GP level and commentate on some of equestrian sports' most prestigious shows and events for media outlets such as the BBC, Radio Badminton and Horse and Country TV.

Paul Hayler

Paul has a long, distinguished career as an international dressage rider, judge, and former board member at British Dressage.

Growing up around horses in Kent, Paul originally started his career as an event rider before transitioning entirely to dressage. He earned a scholarship to train at the prestigious Spanish Riding School of Vienna, completed an eight-year apprenticeship under Sarah Whitmore and trained with prominent figures in Germany and Switzerland.

Paul served as the Training Director for British Dressage and is a highly respected List One Judge. He is known for his relaxed, supportive coaching style.

As a family-run business, Millbry Hill is the perfect fit for Bobby and Team Hayler and we’re both very excited about this collaboration and what future successes we can achieve together, alongside her fellow sponsors and leading brands in our stores, NAF, Spillers and Henry James Saddlery.
