We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery on orders over £75 and under 20kg in weight. For orders under £75 or over 20kg or our Express Service, Delivery is charged as follows:

Bulky/Oversized Items
For some large and heavy items, such as animal feed and bedding, delivery is charged per bag, at a flat rate of £7.50 per bag for standard delivery. For larger orders of bulky items, we also offer pallet delivery, starting at £44.99 per pallet.
Please Note: For any other items in your order, delivery will be charged as per our standard rates, and these items DO NOT count towards your Free Delivery minimum spend.
Additional Information for Pallet Deliveries
Pallet deliveries may be made by a HGV or Artic Truck. Please advise of any access restrictions for large vehicles or special requirements as soon as possible (e.g. tail lifts and pump trucks to unload goods) by leaving an order note when placing your order, or by replying to your order confirmation email, or calling our Customer Service Team on 0800 652 0432 (Available Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm, excluding bank holidays). Pallets may be delivered as kerbside drop-offs if access to the property is not suitable for the delivery vehicle. All pallet deliveries require someone to be available on site to accept the delivery.
Offshore, Highlands & Remote Postcodes
Due to the extra charges and restrictions imposed by our courier for some Highland, Remote and Offshore postcodes, delivery surcharges may be applied for parcels that are sent via our courier. We may be unable to ship some larger items to these areas, and unfortunately we are not able to offer Free Delivery to these postcodes. All available delivery options and costs for your chosen items will be shown during checkout.

Free Click & Collect
Place your order online and collect your items for free from your local Millbry Hill store. For items stocked at your local store, Click & Collect orders placed before 3:00pm are usually available for collection the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm, are normally available within 24hrs.
